Since joining the Williamstown office in 2022 as a Trainee Property Manager, Charlotte has quickly advanced through the business, becoming a qualified Property Manager in 2023 and stepping confidently into leadership.

She now plays a key role across the agency, mentoring staff, guiding compliance, and contributing to a culture of trust, care, and accountability. Backed by her hospitality background and local insight as a proud Inner west resident, Charlotte brings warmth, clarity, and genuine connection to every client interaction
