Luen Ford joined Compton Green Geelong in 2024 as a Senior Sales Executive, bringing extensive property sales and corporate experience to the team.

Known for her honest approach, strong work ethic and skilled negotiation, Luen is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients while making the sales process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She values clear communication, genuine relationships and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Outside of work, Luen enjoys spending time with her two children, travelling, meeting new people and exploring different cultures. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
