As an experienced Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads to expand client base.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years real estate sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Experience working with relevant real estate software and tools.
