This allowed us to position the home across neighbouring, high-demand locations, including Newport, Yarraville, Seddon, Williamstown and Footscray — putting the property in front of buyers who may not have otherwise considered South Kingsville.
We supported this with a targeted social media campaign, investing $100 to highlight the home’s key features and appeal. These ads generated an additional 900+ visits to the property listing, significantly increasing overall exposure.
As the campaign progressed, momentum built. Buyer engagement strengthened, inspections became more competitive, and confidence grew leading into the auction.
