Empower 26: A Day Invested in Our People

Compton Green recently brought its team together for Empower 26 — a full day dedicated to learning, wellbeing and genuine connection.

The day opened with Adrian Butera, Director of Compton Green and CGES, sharing a candid look at where the business is headed and the opportunities ahead.

Nick West from the Rise Initiative followed with practical tools for prioritising health and wellbeing — a reminder that our best work starts with looking after ourselves.

Rob Pradolin from Housing All Australians then took the room somewhere deeper, speaking about the housing crisis affecting so many Australians and the responsibility we each carry to help those less fortunate. It was a presentation that left few dry eyes in the room.

Glenn from REI Super walked us through the latest changes to super and what to watch for to make sure our own super is working as hard as it should.

Our own Jenn Brettell shared where marketing efforts should be focused as the industry continues to evolve, before Samantha McLean of Elite Agent closed the day with a look at how AI is reshaping real estate — saving time on repetitive tasks and building knowledge — while reinforcing something we all agreed on: no AI can replace the value of a real, human agent.

Empower 26 reminded us that Compton Green's strength lies in its people — and that investing in them is always worth the time.
