With our recent rebrand, the opening of our Seddon office, and the appointment of an in-house marketing team, it's all here at Compton Green.

As an experienced Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and present compelling property listings to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies. 

    Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Experience working with relevant real estate software and tools.
